Do you have a passion for sales, customer development, and technical products? Kip GmbH is looking for a commercially driven, hands-on, and self-motivated Head of Sales to take full responsibility for our sales activities in Sweden.
You will join a growing company with a strong brand in the professional painting and construction industry and play a key role in expanding our presence in the Nordic region.
Your key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop Kip’s sales activities in Sweden
- Manage and grow relationships with key customers such as Bauhaus, Flügger, Sto AG, Hornbach, and others
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans and budgets
- Collaborate closely with the Nordic team and the head office in Germany
- Act as a link between customers, product development, and marketing to ensure market-driven solutions
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has solid B2B sales experience, ideally within the painting, building materials, or technical products industries
- Understands the Swedish market and its key distribution channels
- Has a hands-on, structured, and proactive approach
- Excels in relationship-building and thrives in a role with broad responsibility
- Communicates fluently in Swedish and English
